Day 01 Arrive Delhi
Guests arriving late evening have no option for visits. However guests arriving during the day can start with a half day visit to South Delhi areas of Qutab Minar, Lotus Temple and Dilli Haat (Craft market)
Day 02 Delhi exploration
Morning Visit to experience Old City area of Chandni Chowk via a Cycle Rickshaw Ride followed by visit to Red Fort (UNESCO heritage site) and Jama Masjid. After unch proceed to visit Humayun Tomb (UNESCO Heritage Site) via India Gate and Parliament House. Then return to hotel by evening.
Day 03 Delhi - Mandawa
Travel to Mandawa (250 kms - 5.5 hours), central area of the Shekhavati region of Rajasthan, renowned for its frescos and authentic rural Rajasthan character. Afternoon visit to Frescoed heritage homes of the erstwhile trader community of the area. Visit some of these open museums steeped in history and folklore.
Day 04 Mandawa - Bikaner
Travel to Bikaner (190 kms - 3.5 hours), entry point to Desert circuit of Rajasthan. Afternoon visit to popular tourist areas of Bikaner such as Camel farm, Junagadh Fort and Lallgarh Palace Complex.
Day 05 Bikaner - Jaisalmer
Travel to Jaisalmer (345 kms - 6 hours), the heart of Desert circuit of Rajasthan, renowned for the only living fort in Rajasthan, Cenotaphs and its desert experiences (Sand dunes).
Day 06 Jaisalmer Exploration with evening visit to Sam dunes
Visit Jaisalmer Fort, the only living fort in Rajasthan. Thereafter visit heritage areas of Jaisalmer and its outskirts. After Lunch proceed to Sam Dunes (45 kms), a desert area renowned for its desert camps, camel rides and evening entertainment. Proceed for evening camel ride on the sand dunes followed by entertainment over a traditional Rajasthani sitdown dinner. Return to Jaisalmer after Dinner.
Day 07 Jaisalmer - Jodhpur
Travel to Jodhpur (325 kms - 5.5 hours), a popular entry / exit point into desert circuit of Rajasthan renowned for its imposing Mehrangarh Fort and village experiences around it. Later afternoon visit to monuments such as Royal Cenotaph (Jaswant Thada) and Mandore Gardens.
Day 08 Jodhpur Exploration
Morning visit to the Mehrangarh Fort, an imposing fort with sections having royal family wares on display alongwith a museum and a temple. Fort also offers excellent views of the old city and typically one spends a couple of hours here. After lunch proceed for a half day Village safari exploring Bishnoi villages (Craft villages) around Jodhpur.
Day 09 Travel to Udaipur via Ranakpur Jain Temples
Travel to Udaipur via Ranakpur Jain Temples (260 kms - 5 hours). Ranakpur temple complex is one of the most visited Jain temples and a popular stopover enroute for international travellers. Udaipur is a city of lakes and considered one of the most romantic and charming places to arrive to.
Day 10 Udaipur Exploration
Morning Visit to City Palace followed by a shared boat ride in Lake Pichola. City Palace is part of the complex that houses The Fateh Prakash Palace, The Shiv Niwas Palace and it overlooks the much celebrated Lake Palace and heritage / luxury hotels around. A boat ride in Lake Pichola offers a lakeside experience to witness upclose the charm of the area. In the afternoon visit Shilpgram (Craft Centre) and evening one can visit the hillside Sajjangarh Fort, one that offers panoramic views of the Udaipur and its lakes.
Day 11 Travel to Pushkar via Chittorgarh
Travel to Pushkar (250 kms - 5 hours) via Chittorgarh, home to biggest fort in Rajasthan. Pushkar overlooks a holy lake and is a popular stopover enroute for International travellers. A walk around the holy lake in evening is considered a spiritual experience for all travellers.
Day 12 Travel to Jaipur - Visit Chokhi Dhani
Morning departure for Jaipur (180 kms - 4 hours). Evening visit to cultural resort of Chokhi Dhani to get a quick insight into culture and festivities of Rajasthan.
Day 13 Jaipur exploration
Morning Elephant ride to Amer Fort (UNESCO heritage site) and spend an hour visiting the imposing fort. Thereafter proceed to visit Jal Mahal (Water Palace), City Palace, Jantar Mantar (Observatory) and Hawa Mahal (Palace of Winds)
Day 14 Jaipur - Fatehpur Sikri - Agra
Morning departure for Agra (230 kms - 4.5 hours) Enroute visit lost city of Fatehpur and Sikri, very popular with heritage travellers to Agra. Late afternoon visit to The Taj Mahal (One of the original 7 wonders of the world).
Day 15 Proceed to Delhi
Proceed to Delhi (210 kms - 5 hours) for onward journey.
